Arielle Perry scored a perfect 100% in the the Amateur Handler Junior/Young Rider class. Arielle showed her four-year-old Hanoverian mare Reba's Song by Rotspon out of Windsong.
According to the members of the Dressage at Devon committee, it was the first time anyone had accomplished that feat. Even a high ranking USDF member could not
recall anyone ever getting a perfect score in any breed show. The class was judged by Olympic medalist Hilda Gurney. Details can be found on the Dressage Daily website.
Later Wednesday evening, Arielle showed Reba to a fifth place finish in the GAIG Mare Championships and helped to secure fourth place for the Marydell Farm Breeder's Group.
In addition, the Committee members of DAD voted Arielle to be the recipient of the "John Perry Memorial" Perpetual Trophy. This trophy is given to the individual that exemplifies good sportsmanship or has accomplished something special at DAD. Arielle won it for both reasons.

Reba's Song made the trip down to Conyers, Georgia to attend both GDCTA Southern Hospitality Dressage Breeders Classic shows
held on the 15th and 16th of September. During Saturday's show Reba's Song finshed the day as the Reserve Champion Mare and also the
Reserve Champion Mature Horse.
On Sunday, Reba was on her game winning her Maiden/Yeld Mare class with a staggering 86.00%. She then went on to win the
Champion Mare, Champion Mature Horse and then to make it a perfect day Raba was named Grand Champion of the show.

Four days later we hit the road and took 3 horses to the Twins Breed Show. Reba's Song and the two Donatelli fillies packed it all into a "2 horse" tag along trailer. We arrived
at the show grounds about an hour before the first class. Both fillies were entered into the Fillies of 2006 class and this time Daring Debutante came in first while her half
sister Dakini Storm took third place. This quailified "Debbie" to compete in the Filly Championship - little did we realize that she was going to be competing against another
one of our horses. Arielle once again competed in the Amateur Handler class and got First Place
showing Dakini Storm. Daring Debutante then took second place in the Oldenburg GOV IBC class. Reba's Song once again was entered into the 3 yr old class and placed Second this time. She was invited into the
Filly Championship where she beat her stable mate (Daring Debuante) and repeated as Reserve Grand Champion, and once again received another bid to the Cosequin Breeders Championship class held in Devon, Pa.
hen showed Cierra Mint in the Amateur Handler class
where she placed first.

Our second show of the year saw us taking 4 horses to event. Both the Donatelli fillies, and our two 3 year old fillies Arielle's mare Reba song, and Maria's mare Cierra Mint.
Both fillies were entered into the Fillies of 2006 class and Dakini Storm placed second and Daring Debutante placed fourth. Both of the 3 year old fillies showed in the
3 year old fillies class, and Reba's Song (Arielle's Mare) placed first and Maria's mare Cierra Mint placed third. Reba's Song made it into the Filly Championship where
she was Reserve Grand Champion and gained a bid to the Cosequin Breeders Championship class held in Devon, Pa. Arielle took first place in the Amateur Handler class where
she showed Cierra Mint. Cierra Mint also placed fifth in the Oldenburg GOV IBC class and Reba's Song took third in the Hanoverain IBC class.

This was the debut of our two weanling Donatelli fillies. We did not know what to expect as we left for the
show, being this was the fisrt time the two fillies had left the farm. We were pleasantly surprised how mature
and well behaved the two girls were away from home.
Dakini Storm took a third place in the Fillies of 2006 class on the first day and on the second day Daring Debutante took the third place
ribbon in the Fillies of 2006. Arielle participated in the Amateur Handler class both days and received third place on Saturday with Daring Debutante and
on Sunday she placed second showing Dakini Storm. Daring Debutante finished up the show on Sunday taking fourth place in the Oldenburg GOV IBC class.
Overall we were thrilled not only with how well received our "girls" were but also with the performance of Arielle, who had never shown a horse in hand before.
